TERMS AND CONDITIONS: RIFLE STOCKS

  • Action and barrel inletting, any format of bedding and/or trigger guard installation must be done by a certified registered gunsmith. Any damages done by the gunsmith or any gunsmith additional costs is for the owners’ account.
  • Single load rifles will receive a trigger guard free of charge in the Stocks of the Bushveld box. This must be modified, coated and fitted by a gunsmith at owners’ expense.
  • Stocks must be treated with the prescribed or similar wood treatment guidelines as per the instructions received in the box upon receipt of your rifle stock purchase.
  • Damages cause by any other means than firing the rifle are not covered. This includes excessive water damage caused by flooding, fire, chamber explosion, negligence of any kind other than normal usage of the rifle stock.
  • Any returns of rifle stocks will only be accepted within 10 days from purchase/receiving date. All associated cost with returns will be for the customers’ expense - this includes shipping, banking fees, etc. Full credits will be done within 3 days from receiving the stock and after inspection is completed. Any rifle stocks returned after 10 days will carry a 25% handling fee. This includes any defect excluding shipping damage.
  • Any alterations done to your Stocks of the Bushveld rifle stock will null and void your return/warranty and shipping costs will be for the owners’ account. Any alterations requested must be approved by Stocks of the Bushveld to ensure full warranty cover. Any alterations not pre-approved will not be covered.
  • Stocks of the Bushveld comes standard with a Picatinny rail or Arca accessory rail, 2-Way Length of Pull and an adjustable Cheek Piece. Standard finish is a mat or satin with a chemical resistant finish or with an oil finish as an option to protect against all weather conditions.
  • Except where the gunsmith made any changes/inletting, the rifle stock must be treated accordingly or similar to Stocks of the Bushvelds prescribed requirements for stock finishes. These are included in the owners’ rifle box.
  • All stocks listed on the website are available immediately and will ship the next business day once payment has been received.
  • All stocks selected with additional options may take up to 4 weeks to complete.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: KNIFE OR PISTOL BLANKS

  • The only guarantee on these items is that these off cuts are fully cured, threated and stabilised.
  • There will be no warranty cover on these off cuts.
  • Each possible issue or concern will be handled separately on a replacement basis with no extra associated costs covered.
  • If ever required, no returns are accepted on off cuts.

DEALERS:

Stocks of the Bushveld does not have a retail shop/walk in shop. To view any rifle stocks on the website in person you can request your nearest Stocks of the Bushveld approved dealer to draw the stock for you for viewing. Courier cost for such a request will be covered by Stocks of the Bushveld. Please note: this excludes international dealers and buyers. When the dealer/end user buys the stock, a courier fee will be charged. Stocks of the Bushveld Rifle stocks remain the property of Stocks of the Bushveld until full payment is received.

KNIFE AND PISTOL GRIPS:

All exotic hardwood off cuts are hand selected, cut, profiled and sanded. Guaranteed to be 100% stabilised. Supplied in raw natural finished condition.
