WARRANTY POLICY

Each Stocks of the Bushveld rifle stock is sold with a 10-year warranty. Should the following defects arise, Stocks of the Bushveld will arrange a free repair or replacement of your product purchased from them, provided that proof of purchase is produced. Please note that these conditions will be inspected and the outcome determined by Stocks of the Bushveld, after which the results will be the final decision.

• Any defects in the craftsmanship and/or hang on accessories.
• Any form of cracked rifle stocks or broken rifle stocks excluding conditions such as natural wood minor cosmetics, pattern cracks, line and stabilised cracks.
• Faulty laminate or the loosening of any laminate area or epoxy areas.
• Warping in any format.

Any warranty related issue must be logged prior to the return of the item to Stocks of the Bushveld dealers. No return for warranty claim will be accepted without warranty approval or a return authorisation number.

Each warranty claim will be thoroughly assessed. If a repair can be done, the product will be repaired; alternatively, the warranty claim will be paid out for the rifle stock replacement.

Gunsmith costs incurred for inletting and bedding will be reimbursed on any warranty replacement rifle stocks on presentation of a gunsmithing invoice and proof of payment to the gunsmith.

After 10 years, the rifle stock can be sent to Stocks of the Bushveld for refurbishment or restoration at a cost to be quoted to the owner. Should the owner wish to go ahead with the refurbishment or restoration, once completed, the product will qualify for an additional 10-year warranty under the same warranty conditions as depicted above.
